5. How about the warranty of VR equipment?
We support one year warranty, and lifetime technical support. Also will send you the new part to exchange the damage when has any problem during the warranty period.

6. How about the shipping?
A. EXW trade term,you should arrange the shipping and take the goods from our factory.
B. CIF trade term,we will arrange the shipping and loading to your port.
C. Air or sea transportation, all are according clients' request.

7. What's the payment term?
We accept TT(bank transfer) to our bank account or western union, Alibaba trade assurance
(30% deposit ,and 70% balance before delivery).
